2nd year MEPNs complete Clinical Competency Exams (CCE)

(Diane Ward examining a standardized patient)

Congratulations to 2nd year MEPNs who successfully completed CCEs last Thursday and Friday. Each MEPN student provided a head-to-toe physical exam on two standardized patients (actors hired to play the role of patients), and performed several skills such as a dressing change, hanging an IV antibiotic, and patient teaching. The successful completion of the CCE was required of all 2nd year MEPNs in order to proceed to the final semester.

Well done MEPNs!
